Core Stability
Core Stability is based on pilate's and takes place in the large hall on the following days:
Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm Pre booked course (£25)
Monday 7.40pm-8.40pm for all, booking advised to ensure a place (£2.50)
Tuesday 7.15pm-8.15pm for all, booking advised to ensure a place (£2.50)
