Over 16 only, all users must sign a disclaimer and will be offered a full induction, if wanted.
Male and female lockers (free of charge), Shower facilities, Hairdryers Over 16's can use the Leisure Suite on completion of a Multigym Disclaimer form and will be offered an induction if they have not used a gym before. No outdoor shoes to be worn in the leisure suite. No bags or clothes to be left in the leisure suite, they are unsightly and dangerous.
Inductions are available to anyone who has never used a gym before or wants a personal fitness programme to follow. Our centre fitness instructor is available by appointment only. Contact reception to make an appointment.
